Cecilia Ling, a graduate of Harvard Business school and Graduate School of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin, is the Managing Director, principal consultant, and trainer.

With more than 15 years of working experience in the high-tech global business field, Cecilia has worked as an instructor with several management consulting companies and educational institutions.
